We're searching for highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our greater Lexington area sales team. This is a high-income earning role that does not require cold calling. Pinnacle has an amazing production and back-off team, that manages all installation and administrative tasks, allowing our Sales team to focus on delivering best-in-class solutions, exceptional service, and clear, consistent communication to meet our customers’ needs.

Sales Representatives do NOT ...
- Have caps on commissions
- Install roofs
- Manage production
- Have to generate all of your own leads
You WILL BE ...
- Trained by a best in class sales team
- Supported by a marketing, lead intake, and management team
- Performing in-person inspections at customer's homes and small businesses
- Eager to build relationships with local referral partners, such as realtors, insurance agents, and property managers
- Willing and able to climb on roofs to inspect damage
- Generating estimates and consult customers on the right solution(s)
- Ensuring the customer has an excellent experience through job completion
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients generating repeat business and referrals
- Tracking and communicating internally on Pinnacle Roofing's CRM tool
- Attending and conducting outside sales activities (sales training, trade events, referral engagement, targeted canvassing events, etc.)
- Operating with integrity.
Experience Requirements:
- Sales Experience
- Valid US Driver's License and ability to drive
- Ability and willingness to climb ladders to assess roof damage
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
