Job Description – Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for an ambitious and resourceful Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth as part of our dynamic sales organization.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for cultivating new customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our B2B portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing. You will lead sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide valuable market feedback to drive strategic decision-making.
Location: Eustis, FL
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers and prospects through virtual meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Manage pipeline and opportunities using HubSpot CRM, maintaining accurate records and forecasts
- Support lead activation and generation in preparation for industry events and in coordination with the marketing team
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted segments
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, support, and resolution of customer needs
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution
- Monitor customer trends and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities
- Support product launches and campaigns through targeted outreach
- Comply with training requirements and complete assigned customer engagements on time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field desirable
- Prior experience in ingredient or B2B sales preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
