We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Food Packer / Meal Prep Packaging Associate to join our small, strong culinary team. This position is an important part of our operation. You will be responsible for packing prepared meals according to exact weights, portion guidelines, labels, and written packing restrictions. Accuracy, consistency, and dependability are essential. Job Responsibilities - Pack prepared meals according to exact weight and portion requirements - Follow written instructions carefully for meal components, substitutions, dietary restrictions, and packaging requirements - Accurately portion and assemble meals in containers - Verify labels, meal contents, and portion sizes before completion - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area - Help keep the packing process efficient and on schedule - Work closely with the culinary team in a positive, team-oriented environment - Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Qualifications - Dependable, punctual, and able to work every Saturday and Sunday as scheduled - Must have reliable transportation - Able to follow written instructions accurately - Strong attention to detail - Comfortable weighing and portioning food to exact measurements - Able to stand and work on your feet for long periods of time - Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment - Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a small team Previous food service, kitchen, meal prep, or packaging experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right dependable person.
