Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Guide clients through the complete vehicle purchasing process
- Develop strong knowledge of inventory, features, and current promotions
- Conduct engaging and informative test drives
- Present pricing and financing options clearly and confidently
- Build lasting relationships through consistent follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, personable, and goal-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a professional attitude
- Self-driven with the desire to meet and exceed performance targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
