The Senior Parts Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM).
- Parts Receiving and Distribution:

Receive and manage incoming parts deliveries.

Match parts accurately to ensure correctness.

Distribute parts efficiently within the shop.

Invoicing and Returns:

Process invoices promptly.

Handle returns effectively.

Parts ETA Monitoring and Communication:

Keep track of daily updates regarding parts Estimated Time of Arrival (ETAs).

Communicate these updates to shop personnel as needed by the GM.

Supplemental and Day-of-Delivery Parts:

Order supplemental parts when required.
-
Manage day-of-delivery parts efficiently.

Daily Invoice Posting and Credit Control:

Ensure timely posting of invoices.

Maintain control over pending credits
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older

Multi-tasker, able to work in high productivity work environment

Proficient with computer and parts ordering software

Ability to read and understand repair orders
-
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Education and Experience:

Two+ years of related experience

Proficient with CCC One
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel and squat to perform repairs and inspections.

Must be able to reach below and above shoulder level.

Work Hours: The position follows shop hours.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on 45 hours, up to $25/hr.
