Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Monroe, New York.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient general dentistry role focused on bread-and-butter dental procedures
- Structured patient volume model averaging 13–15 patients daily
- Two-room clinical model with strong operational and clinical support staff
- Flexible shift structure allowing 8, 10, or 11-hour scheduling options
- Mission-driven clinical environment emphasizing provider autonomy and work-life balance
COMPENSATION
- Compensation: $100 – $120 per hour
- Discretionary incentive bonus structure
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- One Sunday monthly: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible 8, 10, or 11-hour shift options
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Manage approximately 13–15 patients daily
- Deliver preventative and restorative dental care
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning
- Collaborate with full support staff within structured outpatient setting
- Exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making while maintaining quality patient care

Requirements:
- Clear and active New York Dentist license REQUIRED
- Comfortable practicing bread-and-butter general dentistry REQUIRED
- Ability to efficiently manage 13–15 patients daily REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently within supportive team-based setting REQUIRED
- Commitment to quality outpatient dental care REQUIRED
