Spa Land & Sauna is a Korean-style wellness spa offering saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, body scrubs, massage services, and relaxation areas.
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused team member to join our staff. This position combines front desk responsibilities with monitoring the men's spa area to help provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests.
The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys interacting with people, and is comfortable working in a men's spa environment while maintaining professionalism and respect for guest privacy.
Please note: This position requires working inside the men's locker room, sauna, steam room, and other men's wet spa areas as part of the daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at the front desk
- Check in guests and answer phone calls
- Perform regular walkthroughs of the men's locker room, sauna, and steam room
- Monitor guest safety and ensure facility policies are followed
- Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns
- Restock towels and supplies as needed
- Assist with light cleaning and maintaining a clean, organized facility
- Support the front desk during busy periods
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in the men's locker room, sauna, and steam room
- Able to communicate professionally with guests
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Schedule
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
