Pharmaceutical Distribution Supervisor Details:
-
Direct Hire position
-
$70,000.00 /annually
-
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 08:30pm)

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.

Lead, train, coach, and evaluate distribution center associates while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Oversee shipping documentation, delivery routing, and inventory movement to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and resolving customer or operational issues.

Maintain compliance with company procedures and pharmaceutical distribution requirements.
Pharmaceutical Distribution Supervisor Qualifications:
-
Associate degree or equivalent work experience required. 8+ years of supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical distribution or pharmaceutical operations environment.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
