Pinnacle Partners Management is continuing to grow its telecommunications campaign in the Lakewood area and is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Account Manager. This is a full-time, in-person role centered around customer interaction, account support, and daily sales activity within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
Daily Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to discuss telecommunications services and promotions
- Support customer account setup, activations, updates, and general account support
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Explain service options, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately
- Maintain organized customer records and daily sales activity
- Contribute to individual and team sales goals through consistent customer engagement
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will work directly with customers to explain available service options, assist with account setup, answer questions, and support customer relationships throughout the sales process.
