As a Comfort Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in converting leads into HVAC equipment installations, focusing on energy efficiency and superior customer service. You’ll be provided with leads generated by our marketing team, technicians, and call center, ensuring a year-round opportunity to excel in your role. This is a salaried position with commissions, offering unlimited earning potential ranging from $100K to $200K+

Convert provided leads into residential HVAC equipment sales, including heating, hot water, and air conditioning systems.

Build trust and rapport with customers by demonstrating a deep understanding of energy efficiency and HVAC solutions.

Collaborate with technicians, call center staff, and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain knowledge of HVAC systems and services offered, including participation in programs like National Grid Value Plus Installer and PSEG Cool Homes.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in HVAC sales.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication, time management, and self-motivation.

Licenses: Clean driver’s license and personal vehicle.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and MVR driving record check.
