Compensation: $50,000–$75,000+ per year (Based on Experience) + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee daily operations and help us continue to scale our portfolio.
Position Summary
The Property Manager will oversee all aspects of residential property management, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, rent collections, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a proven background in property management.
ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations
- Oversee the daily management of a portfolio of residential properties.
- Ensure properties are maintained to company standards.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Leasing & Tenant Relations
- Manage leasing activities and vacancy turnover.
- Coordinate property showings and approve rental applications.
- Handle lease renewals and tenant retention efforts.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Financial Management
- Oversee rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
Legal & Compliance
- Serve notices and coordinate evictions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate property and tenant records.
Team Leadership
- Work closely with maintenance staff, vendors, and leasing personnel.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
- Help improve systems and processes as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience preferred.
- Experience managing single-family homes and small multifamily properties is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, collections, and evictions.
- Experience using property management software such as:
- Buildium
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- South Carolina real estate license is a plus.
