WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Preparing made-from-scratch meals from the menu cycle.
- Restocking kitchen for subsequent shifts.
- Plates prepared foods based on the chef’s guidance.
- Responsible for the setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
- Proven experience working both the Sauté and Grill stations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Dependable, organized, and a team player with a positive attitude.
