Job Overview
We are seeking (2) experienced Custom Woodworkers to start up our new 36,000 sq. ft. Butner, NC manufacturing facility. 3 years minimum experience building such items as reception desks, planter boxes, ceiling and wall panel systems, custom furniture and cabinetry products, etc. Ability to read Architectural/Shop drawings, work with a variety of powered equipment and power hand tools, understanding of veneers, laminates and plywoods is critical. This is a fast-paced, high-quality, team-oriented working environment. Job Duties
- Capable of reading and understanding construction drawings
- Understanding of different woodworking construction techniques
- Familiar with material characteristic of hardwoods, veneers, and laminates
- Capable of effectively handling both hand and power woodworking tools
- Capable of building a variety of custom cabinet and millwork products
- Capable of prepping and detailing product for final finishing
- Logically thinks through and determines the sequence of manufacturing steps
- Capable of organizing and selecting desired products/panels meeting AWI specs
**Actual Pay Range will be determined by individual's related work experience
