In this dynamic role, you will assist a holistic doctor that provides full service holistic health care services and technologies.
You will be part of a expanding clinic launching in the area and primarily focused on growth and delivery of the holisitic services. You will become a beacon of light for many seeking solutions for health in a world where the main stream systems are breaking down and failing.
This is an extrovert communication style position. - Be someone who likes to meet people, mingle at networking events to share the good news of the offers and results of others to those that are stiving to be the best as well as those who have under going difficult issues and are reclaiming their life.
Be technically capable - must have knowledge of google drive and how to navigate and create.
Be someone with attention to details and comfortable with numbers
Applicant must be actively engage in and interested in holistic health
Help make a meanful difference in peoples lives as well as learn how to empower yourself and others to aid in community wellness.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctor and holistic staff examinations and treatments
- Support protocol administration, including communicating to client, client education, entering protocol into order websites, following care guidelines for members.
- Help maintain accurate records of treatments, tests, recomendations and patient histories in accordance with clinic protocols
- Prepare treatment areas and diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal readiness environment
- Intermittently, manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client communication, and maintaining patient files
Skills
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members in a professional manner
- Basic computer skills and comprehension google drive,
- Advanced computer CRM skills within go high level
- Positive mental attitude and attitude of a go getter

- In addition to a base pay structure, this role is a pay per performance with bonuses based on team growth and achievement of key targets will be implemented upon successful integration beyond the initial phase of working together.
