Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm

Schedule and confirm residential and commercial service appointments

Help customers understand our services, pricing, and scheduling options

Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset

Process payments and maintain accurate customer records

Support field technicians with scheduling updates and urgent customer needs

Follow up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and customer interactions

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, reception, or administrative support

Pest control industry experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour + commission opportunities
