The Granville Bread Company is expanding and looking for someone from the restaurant industries who wants to stop working nights and dealing with customers. The shift generally has a start time between 4-6am and ends between 12-2pm. Weekend availability is preferred, with some flexibility in hours.
Responsibilities upon completed training
· Scaling a variety of ingredients
· Preparation of ingredients that go into doughs
· Mix and manage a variety of types of doughs
· Shape a variety of types of dough by hand and with machines
· Manage many simultaneous projects
· Communicate with the team about priorities and task delegation
· Finish baked items (working with different types of ovens)
Desirable/necessary skills:
· Multitasking
· Lifting and pushing bulky items (up to 50# bags)
· Physical maneuverability (bending and twisting)
· Can follow detailed instructions
· Allergen awareness
· Strong communication skills
· Food safety
· Good personal hygiene
· Ability to work in a team setting

· Able to use a scale and a thermometer efficiently and accurately

· Ability to admit when mistakes have been made
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
