I am an established Realtor serving Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland with nearly 20 years of experience. I'm looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Part-Time Digital Marketing & Content Assistant to help grow my personal brand through video, social media, digital marketing, and great storytelling.
This is more than a task-oriented position—I'm looking for a collaborator who enjoys brainstorming ideas, bringing creativity to the table, and helping build a consistent marketing presence. If you enjoy real estate, homes, architecture, design, or creating engaging content, this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact on a growing business.
The role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings, content filming, and property visits throughout Northern Virginia.
Qualifications
- Strong writing, communication, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with Canva and short-form video editing (CapCut or similar).
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage projects independently.
- Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming new ideas and finding engaging ways to tell stories.
- Self-motivated and comfortable making recommendations rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
- Interest in real estate, homes, architecture, interior design, or local communities is highly preferred.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram advertising, SEO, Google Analytics, or email marketing is a significant plus but not required.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
