Title: RN LTC – Quick Offer
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: 12*3/ 7:00 AM- 7:30 PM/ Sun, Fri, Sat
Weekly Gross: Up to $1900/week (Based on experience)
Job responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse in this Long-Term Care setting is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. Duties include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitoring residents’ clinical status and reporting changes promptly
- Providing wound care and managing chronic conditions
- Supervising and delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Responding to emergencies and providing appropriate interventions
- Maintaining compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
- Educating residents and families on care plans and health management
- Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN License
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Ability to work weekend schedules
