About Us
The Indiana Careers in Construction Association (ICCA) connects Hoosiers with high-paying, tuition-free, life-changing careers in the Indiana Union Construction Industry. Through our “Built to Succeed’ initiative (builttosucceed.org), we bridge the gap between talented individuals—both men and women from all walks of life—and the top-tier apprenticeship programs that build our state. We don't just talk about careers; we help people build them.
