Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Product Liability/Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal to provide advanced, full-cycle litigation support. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who can manage complex matters from inception through trial and contribute immediately in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Support attorneys and case teams through all phases of product liability and mass tort litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.

Draft and review discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, pleadings, motions, correspondence, deposition materials, and summaries of transcripts and medical records.

Manage document review, eDiscovery, productions, factual evidence, exhibits, case databases, and organizational systems for complex matters.

Assist with deposition and witness outlines, cite-check and proofread filings, prepare trial exhibits, and operate trial support technology.

Associate's degree or higher, or a paralegal certificate, required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Strong defense litigation experience in product liability and mass tort matters, including hands-on trial preparation and trial support.

Demonstrated proficiency with eDiscovery, document management, database searches, productions, and litigation support technology.

Excellent judgment, communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management, with the ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and manage competing deadlines.
