The client is hiring a skilled Millwright / Welder to support industrial mechanical and HVAC projects. This role focuses on precision welding, equipment installation, and maintaining high safety standards across diverse job sites.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in millwrighting or industrial welding
- Strong safety focus and attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical instructions
- Willingness to travel (10%)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and mechanical assembly for industrial systems
- Install and align machinery and HVAC equipment per blueprints
- Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE
- Collaborate with teams to complete projects on schedule
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce downtime
- Maintain daily documentation of progress and equipment
- Support multiple industrial project requirements
