Product Air is building a dominant home service company in the Pacific Northwest and sales is the engine that drives growth.
We’re looking for a motivated, coachable, and driven Sales Advisor who wants to master communication, and grow into a high-earning professional.
This is not a “sit behind a desk” job.
This is face-to-face, in-home advisory sales.
Full-time position. Compensation includes performance-based commission. Guaranteed 10% commission

Sales experience is a plus but not required.
We will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to discuss HVAC replacement or upgrade options
- Build trust and educate customers on system choices
- Present clear, professional solution options
- Work alongside service technicians and install teams
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication
- Track progress and performance metrics
You’ll be supported by leadership and trained in both technical knowledge and sales process.
