Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional, nutrition-focused dining experiences. You will craft innovative menus, oversee all kitchen operations, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Direct all kitchen operations, including daily meal production, service, and inventory management.
- Design creative, diverse menus that cater to various dietary needs and allergies while maintaining fine-dining standards.
- Collaborate with the Skyterra dietitian to provide culinary demonstrations and education for guests.
- Manage staffing schedules, team training, and performance to foster a motivated and efficient culinary team.
- Ensure strict compliance with health regulations, food handling, and sanitization procedures.
- Implement cost control measures and uphold the Skyterra philosophy in all culinary offerings.
Experience
- Proven culinary leadership experience in fine dining, banquet service, or wellness retreats.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in kitchen management and nutrition.
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification required.
- Expertise in menu planning, inventory control, and food safety standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage guests and lead a positive team culture.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
