Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials
- Support concrete work by mixing mortar and concrete and preparing materials
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow all safety regulations related to construction workplace safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the foreman or supervisor
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Mechanical knowledge related to tools, equipment, and basic machinery used on-site
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Experience with concrete forming, finishing, pouring, cutting, and pumping techniques
- Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
