We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a General Laborer / Assistant Installer. This position supports both installation and warehouse operations and offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable trade skills while working in a stable, growing industry.
Responsibilities
Installation Support
- Assist with the transportation and installation of stone countertops
- Safely handle and move materials at job sites
- Assist with measuring, fitting, and securing installations
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Warehouse Support
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and finished products
- Prepare materials and tools for upcoming installations
- Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Assist with maintaining installation vehicles and equipment
- Support production and material flow throughout the facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs with assistance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, moving, or skilled trades is preferred but not required
