Position Summary
The Junior Contract Administrator supports the preparation, review, and administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle. This entry-level role works under the guidance of senior staff to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and properly documented while gaining hands-on experience in contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts and agreements
Support the contract lifecycle process, including initiation, approval, execution, and closeout
Maintain organized contract files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
Track contract deadlines, renewals, and deliverables
Coordinate with internal departments such as legal, procurement, and finance
Enter and update contract data in contract management systems
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Help prepare reports, summaries, and contract status updates
Respond to basic contract-related inquiries

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in contract administration, administrative support, or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with contract management software
Interest in legal or compliance-related work
