American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PCU/Telemetry position at an academic medical center in Ohio, requiring 2+ years of experience, Epic proficiency, and night shift availability.

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in an academic hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Telemetry monitoring of PCU patient population

Uses Epic EMR (experience required)

Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS and IV therapy certifications required

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

PCU or telemetry experience required

Epic EMR proficiency required

Proficient in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, lab interpretation, medication administration, and patient education

Must pass a facility telemetry competency test

Responsibilities include IV starts, telemetry monitoring, lab review, medication administration, and patient education

No 30-day break between assignments is required when changing representation (except for Sterile Processing Techs, who still require a 30-day break)
