Multi-Trade Warranty & Punch Technician
JOZAY Renovations is a Custom Builder Support Company and Turnkey Specialist providing consistent, high-volume warranty, punch-out, and residential construction services throughout the San Antonio area and surrounding communities.
We are looking for reliable, experienced multi-trade technicians who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot residential construction issues, and complete multiple service tickets per day while maintaining clean, professional workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Drywall repairs including nail pops, settlement cracks, patches, tape, float, texture, and finish work
- Interior and exterior paint touch-ups and small repaints
- Door adjustments, hardware repairs, strike plates, thresholds, and weatherstripping
- Residential exterior door removal and installation, including leveling, shimming, fastening, sealing, trim, and finish work
- Residential window removal, replacement, and installation
- Subfloor repairs, including removal and replacement of damaged or deficient sections
- Caulking, baseboard, casing, trim, and general finish carpentry
- Basic residential framing and wood repairs
- Cornice and exterior trim repairs
- Glue-down flooring repairs, including loose, lifting, or damaged planks
- General residential punch-list and warranty repairs
- Diagnose minor construction deficiencies and complete repairs when within scope
- Complete approximately 5–10+ service tickets per day, depending on scope and location
- Maintain a clean work area and protect occupied homes while performing repairs
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, warranty representatives, and JOZAY management
Requirements
- Experience with drywall, painting, carpentry, and general residential repairs
- Basic residential framing knowledge
- Experience with subfloor repairs
- Experience with cornice and exterior trim work
- Experience installing and adjusting residential exterior doors
- Experience with residential window installation and replacement
- Experience with glue-down flooring repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot common residential warranty and punch-list issues
- Reliable transportation — daily travel throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas is required
- Own basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Punctual, organized, and able to manage multiple service calls
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing workmanship
- Professional appearance and communication when working inside occupied homes
Additional Skills Are a Plus
Experience in the following trades is preferred but not required:
- Tile installation and repair
- Carpet installation and repair
- Additional flooring experience
- Advanced carpentry or framing
- Water-intrusion troubleshooting and exterior sealing
Pay & Work
- Weekly pay

Service Area
San Antonio, TX and surrounding communities
Daily travel is required. Technicians should be comfortable traveling between multiple residential service locations throughout the day.
