Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their visit
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and inventory counts
- Communicate effectively with guests via phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Support the team with basic retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized environment that encourages guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math concepts
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries professionally over the phone
- Supervising experience is beneficial for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings
