Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Family Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient office. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional primary care services, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans for a diverse patient population. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health and well-being through proactive, compassionate care. Payment quoted in the payment section is not accurate as a lot depends on the hiree's experience in the field and actual total number of hours working, etc
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments across various age groups, including geriatrics.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions utilizing evidence-based practices, including acute pain management and infectious disease care.
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system, eClinicalWorks (ECW) for accurate documentation, coding (CPT, ICD-9/10), and billing.
- Coordinate with specialists for referrals, discharge planning, and case management to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide telehealth consultations to expand access and improve patient outcomes remotely.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols while delivering safe, sterile procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to practice in the state of Texas.
- Demonstrated experience in medical office settings with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalworks (ECW)
- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques and strong medical knowledge is required.
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.

Pay: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
