We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operators to join our Team. If you're a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Depending on your assignment, you'll support the manufacturing of world-class protective equipment through tasks such as:
- Assembly
- Cutting
- Edge blasting and drilling
- Laser cutting
- Molding
- Painting
- Finishing/ Trimming/ Bonding
- Stapling
- Performing visual quality inspections
- Following work instructions and safety procedures
- Supporting production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A dependable work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to use computers, tracking systems, and machine programs
- Ability to identify materials and products and perform quality inspections
- Willingness to complete required training and work in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move materials and finished products as needed
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
