What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with business owners and understand their financing needs.
- Prospect through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and inbound opportunities.
- Educate clients on available funding solutions and guide them through the process.
- Collect required documentation and manage deals from application to funding.
- Negotiate funding offers and confidently close deals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospects consistently.
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and renewal business.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and funding goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience is preferred; Merchant Cash Advance or business financing experience is a major plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing multiple opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- CRM experience is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow professionally.
