- Manage all on-site operations from sitework through final turnover
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
- Lead site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Monitor workmanship, quality standards, and project documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants throughout construction
