Duties

- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas including social skills, language, and motor skills.
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique needs and learning styles.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive environment for children with special needs.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among children.
Experience
- Experience working in a classroom setting or childcare environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Skills in childhood development, caregiving, and behavior management are essential.
- Previous experience as a babysitter or nannying can be beneficial for this role.
