Landscaping Crew Member – Green Mountain Outdoor Living (Boulder, CO)
Pay: $20–$30/hr depending on experience and output

About Us
Green Mountain Outdoor Living is a high-end landscape design + build company based in Boulder.
We build patios, install gardens, handle estate maintenance, and create outdoor spaces that people actually want to spend time in. This is not cookie-cutter mowing — we’re building real environments.
If you take pride in your work and like being outside, you’ll fit in well here.
The Work
You’ll be working on a crew doing a mix of:
- Landscape installations (plants, mulch, rock, irrigation)
- Flagstone patios + walkways
- Garden bed builds + edging
- Property cleanups + maintenance
- General outdoor construction
Some days are straightforward, some are hard. We work outside, we move fast, and we expect a solid effort.
Who This Is For
- You’re physically fit and can handle long days outside
- You show up on time and don’t disappear
- You’re willing to learn and take direction
- You take pride in doing things the right way
- You want to actually get better at something, not just collect a paycheck
Experience is great, but not required — we’ll train the right person.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
