What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist at Direct Performance Physical Therapy, you will:
- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one physical therapy care.
- Use orthopedic, sports rehab, manual therapy, and performance-based treatment strategies.
- Educate patients throughout their recovery process.
- Progress patients safely toward strength, mobility, performance, and return-to-activity goals.
- Maintain efficient and compliant documentation.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
- Participate in community outreach and injury screenings.
Schedule That Supports Balance
- Monday through Thursday: 9-hour days.
- Friday: 5-hour day.
- No on-call expectations.
