We are seeking a dedicated professional with either a college degree or at least two years of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience to join our team in supporting individuals with developmental needs.

Registered Behavior Technician Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans to promote skill development, behavior management, and social-emotional growth.
- Collect and record data on client progress during each session.
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain professionalism, compassion, and respect in all client and family interactions.
Skills/Qualifications
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Development, or 2+ years of experience in ABA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children.
