Nashawtuc Country Club is looking for part time and/or full time Bartenders to join us for our 2026 season. We operate an upscale casual private dining room as well as a busy calendar of events and banquets.
We offer a warm and hospitable dining environment to a limited membership. Our dining room boasts a scratch kitchen, rotating draft beer and wine lists, and a craft cocktail program. Previous bartending experience and high quality customer service skills are expected.
In addition to frequent members-only events, we also regularly host bridal parties, baby showers, corporate functions, fundraisers, bar mitzvahs, and weddings.
This is an untipped position, but we offer elevated hourly rates commensurate with experience, benefits for full time employees, and flexible scheduling with day, night, and weekend shifts available. The bulk of our shifts are Weds-Sun on nights and weekends.
Candidates should be comfortable operating behind the bar and in a very visible guest-facing environment. Additionally, candidates should be able to work on their feet, be able to lift up to 40lbs, and anticipate needs while engaging hospitably with guests.
