Tiny Treasures Family Child Care is a licensed family childcare program in NE Portland dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants and young children. We are currently hiring for one part-time Child Care Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times.
Assist with diapering, potty training, meals, naps, and daily routines.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including reading, arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, and early learning.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment.
Follow all Oregon childcare licensing rules and health and safety procedures.
Communicate professionally with families and work as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be reliable, patient, and have a genuine love for working with children.
Must be able to pass all required background checks.
CPR and First Aid certification is required. If you are not currently certified, we will pay for your CPR and First Aid certification before you begin working.
Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
