- Assist senior technicians and project managers with installing residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation, and equipment placement.
- Perform basic installation tasks, such as securing equipment, setting up tools, and preparing the job site.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Customer Interaction
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with homeowners during installation projects.
- Answer basic customer questions or direct them to a senior technician or project manager as needed.
- Equipment and Tools Management
- Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are prepared and available for installation jobs.
- Clean and maintain tools, materials, and the service vehicle to ensure readiness for future projects.
- Compliance and Safety
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Learn and apply proper handling techniques for HVAC equipment and tools.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Complete basic documentation for installations, including time logs and checklists, to support project records.
- Report any issues or delays to the project manager or senior technician promptly.

Skills and Qualifications
