Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Your ability to engage with customers and provide attentive service will contribute significantly to our restaurant's reputation.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas to ensure a tidy environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with custodial tasks as needed, including cleaning tables and buffing surfaces.
- Engage in customer service activities that enhance the overall guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial tasks such as cleaning, detailing, car washing, or window tinting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who is willing to assist colleagues when necessary.
