Join our Romeoville, IL team as the go-to expert keeping production and facilities equipment running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you’ll blend mechanical know-how with electrical troubleshooting to keep operations moving—safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
You start your shift with a quick walk-through, listening for unusual sounds on conveyor lines and scanning control panels for alerts. A work order comes in—an intermittent sensor fault. You read the schematic, trace the circuit, verify power at 120/208/240/480 VAC as applicable, and bring the line back up. Before lunch, you complete scheduled preventive maintenance on a VFD-driven motor and fine-tune a servo axis. The afternoon brings an installation assist for a new piece of equipment and updates to maintenance logs. When an urgent call comes in, you respond promptly, prioritize safety, and restore service.
