Join our growing outpatient physical therapy team as a Receptionist! This role is responsible for supporting daily front-office operations, scheduling patient appointments, maintaining patient records, coordinating insurance and billing activities, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and referral sources.
Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars
Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing-related processes
Maintain accurate patient records and account information
Handle administrative correspondence and data entry
Support referral management and clinic communication efforts
Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment
Previous receptionist, administrative, or medical office experience preferred
Knowledge of healthcare scheduling, insurance verification, or billing is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency with computers and office software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Services was first incorporated in 1972, its six therapists were practicing at outpatient clinics in Tiffin and Findlay, and at several nursing homes. A corporate headquarters for the company was opened in Tiffin in 1978, where management and support staff provided day-to-day business operations. In 1989, P.T.
