Crust & Cocktails is seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable Servers/Bartenders to join our team. We are looking for team members who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Pay
$20–$30+ per hour including tips
(Base wage of $5.50/hour plus tips)

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Demonstrate menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
- Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and bar areas
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow all alcohol service and food safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift
- Must meet all state requirements for alcohol service
