A salaried Hotel Maintenance Supervisor leads the engineering team in maintaining a property's physical plant, guest rooms, and public areas. They ensure all systems operate efficiently, handle preventative maintenance, and enforce safety standards to minimize downtime and elevate the guest experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Full Room Maintenance: Direct and perform detailed repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative upkeep inside all guest rooms.
- Upkeep of Common Areas: Oversee the continuous cleaning, repair, and aesthetic maintenance of lobbies, hallways, and public spaces.
- Grounds Maintenance: Manage landscaping, exterior upkeep, debris removal, and overall curb appeal of the property.
- Pool Cleaning: Ensure daily testing, chemical balancing, filtration management, and strict sanitation of the swimming pool facilities.
- Team Leadership & Safety: Train staff, manage departmental budgets, and enforce compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations.

- Day shift, Evening shift, and Night shift flexibility

Qualifications & Requirements
- License/Certification: Valid Driver's License (Required).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities with a guest-first mindset.
