We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals with an interest in sales and customer interactions. As an Entry Level Manager, you will support daily sales activities while providing a high level of service to customers. In this Entry Level Manager role, you will work directly with businesses and customers to explain available products and services, answer questions, and complete sales transactions. You will be responsible for accurately presenting information, maintaining professionalism in all interactions, and meeting individual performance expectations.
This Entry Level Manager position also includes handling customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience, and following all company and client guidelines. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing as Our Next Entry Level Manager:
- Support daily sales activities by engaging with businesses and customers and assisting with product and service inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, developing tailored marketing strategies that resonate with customers.
- Provide in-person support with sales transactions, customer service, and general questions .
- Partner with internal teams to plan and implement high-impact brand awareness that drive measurable results.
- Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring brand representation is always positive and consistent.
- Maintain accurate and professional communication when presenting products and services to customers.
Entry Level Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in related fields, such as sales, leadership within a company, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong sales ability with a passion for helping customers and driving success.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Time management skills to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
