Cleaning Technician (1099 Independent Contractor)
Fresh Palette Cleaning Services LLC is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team as Independent Contractors (1099). We provide apartment turnover cleaning, residential cleaning, and commercial/common area cleaning throughout the Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities
- Perform apartment turnover, residential, and commercial/common area cleaning.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, baseboards, and flooring.
- Perform deep cleaning services when needed.
- Assist with carpet cleaning, floor care, and specialty cleaning projects.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to company guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with clients and property management personnel.
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, or supply shortages.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or apartment turnover cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Experience with floor machines or carpet extraction equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and transport cleaning equipment and supplies.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
