What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair hot tubs, spas, saunas, and swim spas at customer homes
- Deliver and install products with care and professionalism
- Perform routine maintenance, water care services, and equipment inspections
- Communicate clearly with customers about service needs and solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and workspace
- Represent HotSpring Hydrotherapy with a positive, professional attitude on every job
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills (plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — delivery and travel to customer locations required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in varying conditions
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
- Prior experience with hot tubs, pools, or spa equipment is a bonus — but we're willing to train the right person
