Immediate openings for a full time Help Desk Technicians in our Germantown Office. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience supporting contemporary Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, desktop hardware, and software. Healthcare IT experience is a plus. MCP, A+, or similar certification is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are required. Excellent salary and benefits.
