Role Responsibilities
- Execute dishes to spec with consistency and finesse
- Lead your station and support overall line flow during service
- Maintain prep systems, mise en place organization, and cleanliness
- Assist with training newer cooks and supporting BOH leadership
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on quality control and menu execution
- Demonstrate readiness for advancement into a Sous Chef role
